As Owner:
Started my 4th Managed Service Provider late last year. This was a dream and a goal of mine and my families for decades. I wanted to be able to concentrate on businesses that want to grow with the use of technology and match my growth strategies. The worlds of sales growth and technology need to work in parallel. I work with companies to achieve their sales goals buy use of technology and concepts. I have already seen great growth in business due to these new revenue growth technology concepts.
As CIO:
Brought in to streamline the IT department and create software efficiencies. Reduced operating budget by
$1.5 M and first year Capital by $1.4 M. Reduced staff from 5 to 2 engineers. Replaced on site systems with cloud options. Tripled the speeds of internet while reducing the monthly costs by $15,500. Evaluated/Designed Plan/Managed Plan/Implemented NetSuite ERP CRM WMS. Led all avenues of the implementation of NetSuite. Designed handheld devices to add picking and packing efficiencies throughout two warehouses.
As Business Owner:
Created, led and grew two Managed Services Companies to a growth of $1 M of reoccurring revenue in two years while managing every avenue of the company.
As Healthcare IT Manager
Led a group of engineers to many system wide projects consisting Cerner, HIPPA and Technology Innovations. Managed groups of 15 to 40 that covered 75 clinics throughout the Midwest. As PACS manager, implemented a picture archiving and communications system (PACS) for the radiology department that allowed for better patient care and improved capital. The added efficiencies increased the radiologist reading timings, which increased the care for patient care.
